I also work very well with event coordinators for clients who prefer to be more hands off. FAQ

How long does your service last?

Typically for a minimum of 4 hours but the booking fee is determined by the timeframe of the event

How do I submit payment?

I accept Zelle & Venmo as preferred payment methods but I also accept Bank transfer & check for corporate clients.

What areas do you serve?

Metro-Atlanta area, Middle Georgia primarily but willing to travel to South Georgia or surrounding states for an additional fee

What does your process look like?

1. Initial Contact: Reach out and fill out a questionnaire with the details of your event, including the date, time, location, and budget.

2. Availability Confirmation: I will confirm my availability for your event date and provide you with a quote.

3. Virtual Meeting: We will schedule a virtual meeting to discuss the event details, music preferences, and services requested face to face.

4. Contract Signing: After the meeting, I will send you a digital contract outlining all the agreed-upon details of your event.

5. Deposit: A non-refundable 30% deposit is required within 48 hours of signing the contract to complete the booking.

6. Booking Complete: Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed.

7. Ongoing Communication: You can reach out with any details, questions, and music requests up until the day before the event.

8. Final Payment: The outstanding balance is due on the day of the event.

9. Feedback: After the event, I will reach out to you for a review and feedback to ensure we continually improve our services.
